FIRST IMPRESSIONS

In the chair was what appeared to be a dead body, holding a little lacy umbrella of her own to keep off the drips. It was gowned appropriately in spindrift white skirts, and inappropriately in a little crocheted scarf of piling white wool.

The ghost holding the umbrella had her pale, sugar-brown hair cropped short, its curls gathered into a cap of silky ringlets. There was a gracile delicacy to her—a starved, wasted mien.

A fine length of tubing emerged from her nose and was discreetly taped into the collar of her dress.

IC PERMISSIONS

• Physical Affection Yes.
  
  
• Physical Violence If it's an ICA=ICC situation, hey, go for it but she's not going to fight back.
  
  
• Sexual Content Is fine, though I don't write explicit sex because I suck at it. Dulcie can get pretty explicit when she talks though!
  
  
• Psychic Abilities None. A psychic analysis of her is pretty open; you will mostly see a lot of illness and a lot of flowers.
  
  
• Magic/Powers Dulcinea is a Locked Tomb-style necromancer. Her specialty is flesh magic, with a focus on working inward; she largely does her own cancer care and therefore is excellent at using necromancy to heal and ease pain.
  
  
• Medical Information Born with the Heptanary hereditary blood cancer, Dulcie's been sick her entire life. (In a certain game where blood cancers are no longer extant in the setting, she's not sick anymore, but she still has the impact of the illness.) Her body is weak and her vision is not too great as sequelae of the disorder; she is often using crutches or a wheelchair to get around.
